🟢 Every fulfillment center we work with will send tracking information.
🟢 Once fulfillment starts in your region, it may take a few weeks to receive your tracking code. With thousands of backers in this campaign, packing and shipping all the orders takes time 😉
🟢 Don’t forget to check your spam folder regularly, just in case the tracking information ends up there.

🚚 Fulfillment Update – September 28th:

- Germany (DACH): Fulfillment will continue until approximately October 11th. Please wait until then to reach out to us asking for your shipping code.

- North America: Fulfillment started on September 25th! With a high volume of orders, it may take 4–6 weeks until every package is sent. Please be patient and wait until November 4th before contacting us for your shipping code.

- Asia / RoW (VFI): The games are packed and should be sent out soon (Wave 1). Check the status here and jump to the letter "K" for Kelp.

- Australia / New Zealand: The first wave is complete. Due to unrelated circumstances, Aetherworks has a backlog, so the second wave (including replacement parts) will take longer than expected. We appreciate your understanding 🙏

- Europe (English games): The games have arrived in the UK and are expected to reach the warehouse by Monday, Sep 30th. If all goes well, fulfillment should start right away, but it will take around 4–5 weeks.
